Finding your way around the Wellingtonia complex

The Wellingtonia complex has a lot of corridors, so it can feel a bit like a maze when you're walking around for the first time.
We'll help you find your way around the building to make sure you get the enjoy the city of Estepona and don't get lost around the building ;-)

Main entrance

The main entrance of Wellingtonia is located on Calle Pilar Bardem. It's where you'll find the nice entrance area with the Wellingtonia logo, surrounded by palm trees. You can enter the main entrance using the keys that were handed to you when you checked in.

It's also a convenient exit of the complex when walking down to the city center.

Calle Calancha entrance

The entrance to Portal 2 is on the Calle Calancha street (back of the building), where you can also find the garage entry. You can enter the Calle Calancha entrance using the keys. When you enter via this side, just walk up to the small stairs, take left and pass the big palm tree towards the corridor and on your left take the door to the stairwell. You'll find the elevator there and can take it up to Piso 7 (floor 7) to get to the apartment.

Elevators and floor levels

The Wellingtonia complex is situated on a plot that has quite some height differences. Picking the right floor to get down from the elevator can be a bit tricky.

To the Main entrance
When you want to get down to the main entrace, select floor 2. Then, exit the elevator to the right, take the door(s) on the left (there's a couple after each other for fire safety) and when entering the corridor, take a right. You'll find the path towards the main entrance.

To the Calle Calancha entrance
When you want to exit via the Calle Calancha entrance on the backside of the building, simple choose floor 3 in the elevator. Take a right when walking out of the elevator and go through the doors on the left, opposite the stairs. Then, when in the corridor, take a right and you'll find the portal entrance.

To the Garage
Taking a drive around the area? Then you'll need to get to the garage where you parked your car. In the elevator, choose floor 3. When you're down, take the door opposite the elevator to get into the garage.
You can use the remote garage door opener when exiting (watch out for pedestrians!). Also, please make sure the garage door closes before you leave.
