Your stay at our apartment comes with a secure parking space included! On this page you'll find some information on parking your car.

All the spaces in the garage are owned by the owners of the apartments in the Wellingtonia complex. Each owner has its own spot(s). Therefore, your parking spot will always be available to you! The parking spot number is 22 (right at the entrance).

You can enter the garage by car from Calle Calancha 3. Just use the provided remote openers, wait for the gate to open and drive into the garage slowly.
When leaving, please wait until the gate has closed behind you.

Route to the apartment
Getting to the apartment from the garage is easy. Park your car, walk further into the garage and take the first door to your right (there's no number on it). You'll have to go trough another door and will then see the elevator right before you.
Take the elevator to floor number 7, where the apartment is located.
